This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") sets forth the handling of users' personal information regarding the services we provide (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Article 1 (Personal Information)

"Personal Information" refers to "personal information" as defined by the Personal Information Protection Law. It includes information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact details, or other descriptions contained in such information. It also includes data related to physical appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and personal identification information such as health insurance policy numbers that can identify an individual on their own.

Article 2 (Methods of Collecting Personal Information)

We may ask users to provide personal information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, or driver's license number when registering for the Service.
Additionally, we may collect transaction records and payment-related information, including personal information, exchanged between users and our partners (including but not limited to information providers, advertisers, and advertisement distribution parties, hereinafter referred to as "Partners").

Article 3 (Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate our services
• To respond to user inquiries (including identity verification)
• To send emails regarding new features, updates, campaigns, and other services provided by us
• To contact users when necessary for maintenance or important notifications
• To identify users who violate the Terms of Service or attempt to use the Service for fraudulent or improper purposes, and to refuse their use of the Service
• To allow users to view, change, or delete their registered information and usage status
• To charge users for paid services
• Any other purposes related to the above

Article 4 (Changes to the Purpose of Use)

We may change the purpose of using personal information only when the new purpose is reasonably deemed to be relevant to the original purpose.
If the purpose of use is changed, we will notify users of the updated purpose or publish it on our Service through our prescribed method.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

We do not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of users, except in the following cases or as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other relevant laws:

1. When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult
2. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult
3. When cooperating with national or local government agencies or their delegated parties to execute legal duties, and obtaining the individual's consent may interfere with such duties
4. When the following conditions are met, and we have notified or publicly announced the relevant details and reported to the Personal Information Protection Commission:
   • The purpose of use includes provision to third parties
   • The data items to be provided to third parties
   • The means or method of provision to third parties
   • That provision of personal information to third parties will be stopped upon the request of the individual
   • The method for accepting such requests

Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous section, the following cases shall not be considered as the provision of personal information to a third party:

• When we entrust all or part of the handling of personal information within the necessary scope to achieve the purpose of use
• When personal information is provided as part of a business transfer due to a merger or other reasons
• When personal information is shared with a specific party, and the details of such shared use (including the items of personal information, the scope of users, the purpose of use, and the responsible party for managing the information) have been notified to the individual or made easily accessible to them in advance

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When we receive a request from the individual to disclose their personal information, we will promptly comply. However, we may refuse disclosure if any of the following conditions apply, and we will notify the individual without delay in such cases:

1. If disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
2. If disclosure may significantly interfere with the proper execution of our business
3. If disclosure would violate other laws and regulations

Additionally, a processing fee of 1,000 JPY per request will be charged for personal information disclosure.
As a general rule, we do not disclose information other than personal information, such as history or characteristic information.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

If a user believes that their personal information retained by us is incorrect, they may request corrections, additions, or deletions (hereinafter referred to as "Corrections") through our prescribed procedure.
If we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will promptly make the required Corrections.
If we make a Correction based on the preceding clause or decide not to make a Correction, we will notify the user without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

If we receive a request from an individual to stop using or delete their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Usage Suspension") on the grounds that it has been used beyond the scope of the intended purpose or has been obtained by fraudulent means, we will conduct an investigation without delay.
Based on the investigation, if we determine that the request is justified, we will promptly carry out the necessary Usage Suspension.
If we take action based on the preceding clauses or decide not to do so, we will notify the user without delay.
However, if Usage Suspension requires significant costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, we may take alternative measures necessary to protect the individual's rights and interests.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

Except as otherwise provided by law or in this Policy, the contents of this Policy may be changed without prior notice to users.
Unless otherwise specified by us, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on our website.
